How much is Agency fee ?
1st 50% of the 4 weeks tuition fee. E.g. If tuition fee is $200 for 4 weeks, we will collect $100 from you after 2 weeks. After another 2 weeks you just pay $100 to tutor, then every 4 weeks you pay $200 to tutor.
How about music fees?
Music unlike academic tuition is paid at the beginning of the cycle, so after 1st lesson, if you feel the tutor is OK, you have to pay the 50% agency fee and on 2nd lesson pay tutor the reminder 50%.
Special arrangement of agency fee.
Sometimes tutor may be not be sure how long client will want the tuition (e.g. languages where client may only learn for a couple of months before going overseas), we will take a percentage of the monthly tuition fee.
How to pay for agency fee?
Either by cheque or bank transfer.
What if I find tutor unsuitable?
There is no minimum contract or time period, you can terminate anytime, even after 1 lesson if you find tutor unsuitable, but you have to pay for the lessons and time the tutor gave for tuition.
7. How are certificates verified?
Certificates will be shown to clients on 1st lesson or thereafter upon request. It is better that clients verify certs for themselves, then they will be more confident in the tutor.
